Case Studies
Turning technical knowledge into operational performance in agribusiness.
A major agribusiness company faced a strategic challenge: raising the maturity of its maintenance and asset management.
Despite robust, well-documented technical knowledge, the operation was not yet reaching its full potential in efficiency, reliability, and data-driven decision-making.
The goal was clear: build a more productive operation with tighter control over assets and processes, cutting costs and establishing a solid culture of continuous improvement.
Commercial enablement at scale: turning training into competitive advantage.
It started with a major transformation project: rolling out Salesforce training for a large multinational operation, with content in Portuguese and Spanish and a broad user base.
The initial effort, back in 2021, called for organization as much as volume. We needed an approach that could guarantee quality, consistency, and speed in content production.
That challenge grew into something bigger: a true “training content factory” built to sustain growth, scale, and standardization.
Seamless M&A integration: training at scale under critical deadlines.
A multinational agribusiness acquired operations in Brazil and Argentina, kicking off an integration that demanded rapid standardization of processes, systems, and operating routines.
The challenge was significant: prepare 750 employees for a new operating reality in a short window, with go-live dates already locked and no room for delay:
• Brazil: January • Argentina: February
The integration had to be coordinated, efficient, and above all, without compromising business continuity.
