On-demand instructional design for companies in Brazil

Esquile provides on-demand instructional design for companies in Brazil: it turns the knowledge of the client company's experts into digital courses, training videos, support materials and assessments ready to use, in whatever language the project calls for.

The expert spends one 60 to 90-minute interview per topic and then validates the material, and production stays with the Esquile team, in São Paulo. The engagement can be by project, with a start and an end, or ongoing, with a dedicated team that works as an extension of the client's training team.

Two engagement models

  • On-demand production, by project.

Deliverables are defined at the start, with no monthly commitment required.

    Ideal for

    • System implementations
    • Periods of peak demand
    • Projects with a defined start and end date
  • Dedicated team, on an ongoing basis.

An Esquile team is assigned to the client and comes to know the client's business better and better, which makes production faster over the course of the contract.

    Ideal for

    • Recurring training
    • Corporate universities with a queue of courses
    • Transformation projects that change with each new version of the system

How it works

  1. Interview with the expert.

    60 to 90 minutes

A structured conversation of 60 to 90 minutes per topic, with the person who knows the process. It is the time the expert spends on production.

  2. Production.

The Esquile team organizes the content, writes the script and does the instructional design, and produces the videos, courses and materials.

  3. Validation.

The expert reviews the finished material and points out what needs to change, without having to write the course.

Where we have already produced

Esquile develops projects for companies in every sector, adapting its solutions to the needs of each business. Explore three projects featured on our site and see, in practice, the range of work we do:

  • Training for a commercial system, from 2021 to 2025.

Producing training for the Salesforce of an agribusiness operation, in Portuguese and Spanish, became a content factory: development time fell from 18 to 4 hours per course, 435 courses were delivered in 2024, and the materials were ready within 48 hours of each new system version.

  • Integration after an acquisition.

In the SAP integration, 750 employees in Brazil and Argentina were prepared for the changeover, with 90 courses in 88 days and no interruption to operations.

  • Maintenance and asset management.

Technical knowledge that was already documented became training for the operation of a large agribusiness company.

With its work in on-demand instructional design, Esquile turns technical knowledge and processes into learning content on topics such as industrial maintenance, logistics and system implementation. Over its history, it has produced more than 1,400 courses, developed 12,000 hours of content and trained 9,000 people.

Frequently asked questions

How much time does the company's expert need to set aside?

One interview of 60 to 90 minutes per topic and the validation of the finished material. The Esquile team writes, scripts and produces.

How long does it take to produce a course?

It depends on the topic, the format and the amount of material. In published projects, development time fell from 18 to 4 hours per course, materials were ready within 48 hours of each new system version and 90 courses were made in 88 days.

In which languages does Esquile deliver?

In whatever language the project calls for. The projects published on the site were done in Portuguese and Spanish.

What is the difference between hiring by project and having a dedicated team?

By project, deliverables are agreed at the start and the work ends with them. With a dedicated team, production is ongoing and the same people come to know the client's business better and better.

Does Esquile implement the system?

No. Esquile produces the training and materials that prepare people to use the system, and implementation stays with the company and whoever it hired for that.
